Croissants, fruit, and meats provided in the morning. The room was well-equipped and en suite and offered a small balcony and WiFi. The hotel was in a perfect location near to trains into the area.

I came to Tynemouth for one night - everything was amazing. The room was well-equipped and en suite, offered useful things, such as a dishwasher, coffee/tea making equipment, and refrigerators. I loved garden view. It was in an absolutely wonderful location steps away from Watch House Museum. I ate in the beachfront restaurant nearby.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful building with great views over the sea. Cheap rooms and hypo-allergenic pillows. Had a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. Overall excellent location just next door to historic Tynemouth and Newcastle and town centre and harbour entrance.

Fine sea views enhanced my stay, but the shower pressure was weak.

The location is really good, perched right on the headland, providing fine views. Breakfast was an informal affair, with a decent selection available, including vegan options. Navigating the kitchen felt chaotic, resembling a stranger's home rather than a hotel. Seating arrangements were cramped, detracting from the overall comfort of the dining experience.

Solo travelers dream retreat
The view from my room was fine, waking up to the river traffic was something else. The host was friendly and even let me drop my bags off early, that kind of hospitality is rare to find.
It wasn't exactly cheap but for what you get, it felt worth it.

The location was stunning and the self-service breakfast had plenty of options. Although the soundproofing meant some noise from other guests, the hospitality was really good. The room was cozy, and parking was a bit tricky but manageable. Definitely worth considering for a return visit.
